In my opinion it is a wonderful picture where I can't find much to complain about. So, I'll start with the good things of it.
First of all I really like that the water looks so shiny and that you used a paper texture for the sky. The difference between the sky and the water is amazing, which is what I almost like the most about this picture. Two other good things are the birds and the colors. The birds fit perfectly the way you put them in and I think the colors give it a very unreal (in a good way), dreamy look.

There really is not much more to say I think, because the picture is one of the best I've seen in a while.
